The Early Head Start Home Base Program provides services to teen parents age ranging from 13 years to 19 years of age and their children age 0-3years. The EHS program provides home visits to strengthen the teen's knowledge of their child's development and to promote self-sufficiency in the areas of education and parenting. Home Visiting services include: 90-minute weekly home visits; bi-monthly parent/child socialization groups; educational field trips and physical, mental and nutritional health consultants.
